PETRENE® 900 is a heavy alkylate (HAB) that is primarily composed of aromatic oil derived from dialkylbenzenes produced during the production of linear alkylbenzene (LAB). It has a diverse range of applications, including use as a lubricant for A/C compressors, heat transfer oil, dielectric fluids for transformer cooling, lubricating greases, additives in diesel engine oils, sulfonated additives for oil (surfactant additives for oils and enhanced oil recovery), greases, synthetic lubricants for industrial applications at low temperatures, and various other uses such as a solvent for tar, inks, metal surface treatment products, and plastic materials.
