Carolina Malt House Malted Oats Hulled Brooks Oats started with Brooks Oats, a hulled variety released by the NC Agricultural Research Service, which was rigorously tested before undergoing our proprietary germination process and kilning schedule. The result is a beautifully bright, uniform oat malt that lends flavors of almond, breakfast cereal, oatmeal cookie, and hints of vanilla.
