MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS A 1000/907 is an acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene/copolymer base polymer with high surface quality, easy flow, and injection molding grade. It is suitable for pre-drying conditions at 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 hours, 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 3-6 hours depending on moisture content (maximum moisture content <0.20%). Processing should be done using injection molding with a melt temperature of 200-240°C and a mold temperature of 50-80°C. Typical applications include housings and gardening tools for injection molded parts.
