1 of 3 products in this brand
WIPAFLEX TV 10 BK is a black material with heat-age stabilization properties intended for use in various automotive applications. The material is a blend of polypropylene, polyethylene, and EPDM, with 10% talc added as a filler. Prior to processing via injection molding, the material must be pre-dried at temperatures between 60 and 100°C for 2-4 hours, depending on its moisture content, which should not exceed 0.10%. During injection molding, the material should be melted at temperatures ranging from 200 to 270°C, with a mold temperature between 20 and 60°C. All temperatures must be carefully monitored to ensure they fall within the specified ranges.
