MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® L PPS 1000 15087 is a polyphenylene sulfide base polymer that has been elastomer modified for high toughness. It is suitable for both extrusion and injection molding. The pre-drying conditions should be in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 100-130°C for 2-4 hours. The melt temperature for extrusion should be 290-310°C, while the melt temperature and mold temperature for injection molding should be 290-310°C and >100°C respectively. This product is typically used for ducting/piping systems and functional components in the automotive and machinery market segments, providing superior toughness and performance.
