MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-B A 2020/550 GF20 CP is a polypropylene heterophasic copolymer pre-dried with a dessiccant dryer at 80-120°C for 2-3 h or an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 h and with a filler/additive system of 20% glass fibers. Processing with injection molding requires a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C. This material has special features such as being chemically coupled, UL-listed, having slip agent, being processing stabilized, having easy release (demolding), being heat stabilized and being suitable for the building and construction, machinery and automotive market segments. Typical applications include housings, fixing elements, and functional components. For optimal performance, this material should be stored in darkness and at not above 30°C.
