MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS+PMMA A 1000/500 is a processing-stabilized, scratch-resistant polymer used for injection molded parts in various market segments, such as clothing/fasteners and bezels. It has a service temperature range of -40-85°C and a maximum shelf life of 24 months. Pre-drying conditions should be implemented before processing at a melt temperature of 220-260°C and a mold temperature of 50-80°C. The base polymer is polymethylmethacrylate and acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene/copolymer. It should be stored dry and protected from light at temperatures not exceeding 30°C.
