MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS A 1000/587 is a black acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene/copolymer injection molding grade suitable for various injection molded parts and extrusion applications. Pre-drying conditions include 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 hours and 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 3-6 hours, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of <0.20%. Melt temperature for injection molding is 200-240°C and mold temperature is 50-80°C. The product should be protected from light and stored at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
