MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® NXT PP -H A 2330/456.02 GF20 GB10 CP is a polypropylene homopolymer with 20% glass fibers and 10% glass beads that is chemically coupled, high heat stabilized, high stiffness, low emission, and heat stabilized. It is suitable for pre-drying conditions in an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 hours and in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80-120°C for 2-3 hours. It can be processed using injection molding with a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C. This material is suitable for automotive applications such as clothing/fasteners and functional components.
