Hauthane L-3614 is a very soft, co-solvent free, aliphatic, polyester polyurethane dispersion. Features: Co-solvent free, TEA free, Tin free, APEO free. Ultra soft, tough, dry film. Very good abrasion and UV resistance. Exceptional low temperature flexibility and crack resistance.

  • It may be used as a blending resin with the harder L-3615 to impart increased toughness.
  • A balanced composition provides good stability with acrylics and confers superior strength, abrasion resistance and low temperature flexibility properties.
Product Applications

L-3614 can be used as a sole vehicle or blended with other coatings for spray or pad bath applications. Solids can be adjusted with water to optimize dry coating weight. This product may also be thickened with associative thickeners for knife-over-roll or similar methods

  • Typical drying temperatures and dwell times for aqueous coatings are sufficient to produce optimal film properties.
