HECO® NOX 625 PE is an antioxidant mixture with thermal stabilizer in PE acc. to EU-RL 10/2011 (ff), US - FDA and Pharmacopeia.

Taizhou Huangyan Donghai Chemical Antioxidant agent 4010NA (IPPD) is a high-efficiency and multi-functional antioxidant with a wide range of applications. It can be used in natural rubber and various synthetic rubbers and their latex. It can be used in aircraft and automobile tires, bicycle tires, and cable industrial rubber products and latex. It is soluble in organic solvents such as oil and alcohol. It is hard to dissolve in gasoline, insoluble in water. It is easy to oxidize and change color when exposed to air and sunlight, but does not affect its performance.

SUNOX® DSTP is a dialkyl ester of thiodipro- pionicacid antioxidant. Used as a heat stabilizer in combination with a phenolic antioxidant for polymer. Offer very good color, processing and aging stability.

Everaox® 168 has excellent hydrolytic stability, good thermal stability, low volatility.

SUNOX® 1076 is a sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant, is highly efficient, nondiscoloring stabilizer for organic substrates such as plastics, synthetic fibers, elastomers, adhesives, waxes, oilsand fats. It protects these substrates against thermo-oxidative degradation.

This product is an ideal anti-aging agent to replace carcinogenic anti-butyl, anti-armor, and RD. It is especially effective to prevent heat aging of neoprene. It can replace general color wire and cable insulation and sheath rubber and general color rubber products, instead of anti-aging agent 264, SP, 2246, MB, DNP and other non-polluting anti-aging agents, thereby greatly reducing production costs. It has the performance of amine antioxidant in the carbon black compound, and does not pollute the product by blooming. This product can be used alone or in combination with other antioxidants. The amount in rubber is generally 2 to 3 parts.

Most polymers go through oxidative degradation processes during manufacturing and subsequent compounding and processing. Oxidation and heat aging are major causes of degradation of plastics. Exposure to heat and oxygen causes a chain reaction involving the formation of free-radicals, which inevitably leads to cleavage of the main chains in the polymer and degradation of the plastic. This is manifested in many difference ways including loss of shine and transparency, yellowing, surface cracking and odors. Oxidation can also result in loss of mechanical properties such as impact resistance, elongation and tensile strength.
