PEL-SIL™ 9868 is a silicone surfactant that is polyol compatible and especially designed for compatibility with pentane. It is useful in appliance insulation formulations and laminated continuous rigid board foam. PEL-SIL™ 9868 is designed to maximize the k-factor in initial and long term aging in pentane blown foam. With the above blowing agent it will produce foam with excellent flow characteristics, a high percent of closed cells and improved compressive properties.

PEL-SIL™ 1315 is an efficient isocyanate or polyol compatible, liquid surfactant especially designed for isocyanurate applications. In isocyanurate formulations, it will produce foam with excellent flowability under a variety of foaming conditions. Other applications include foam for low density appliances. Flame retardant transportation and construction foams, and high density water blown formulations. A good starting point would be 0.5 to 0.9% of PEL-SIL™ 1315 on the total weight of the reactants.

PEL-SIL™ 1316 silicone surfactant is compatible with polyols and specially designed for use with pentane in both appliance formulations and laminated continuous rigid board foam. PEL-SIL™ 1316 is designed to maximize the k value both initially and in long term aging. PEL-SIL™ 1316 will produce foam with excellent flowability and a high percent of closed cells.

XtraBond® 250 is a 100% acetoxy-based, high performance silicone engineered for applications that require a 100% silicone solution. The product is formulated as a one component, mildew resistant sealant that is permanently flexible and offers excellent adhesion.

CMC Klebetechnik CMC 10430 is a double-sided tape that is ideal for bonding siliconized surfaces. The aging-resistant polysiloxane adhesive enables self-adhesive silicone profiles and silicone mats. In the film and paper industries, the tape can also be used as splicing tape for siliconized web products.

CMC Klebetechnik CMC 70752 is a double-sided adhesive tape that adheres to silicone surfaces and performs well at high temperatures.

CMC Klebetechnik CMC 10730 is a double-sided tape that is ideal for bonding on siliconized surfaces. The aging-resistant polysiloxane adhesive enables self-adhesive silicone profiles and silicone mats. The tape can also be used in the film and paper industries as a splicing tape for siliconized web products.
