22 PURPLE™ is a thixotropic low strength threadlocker. It is ideal for use on small fasteners. Because it is thixotropic, it will whet the surface of small threads and insure a complete seal of the thread path, while resisting run off prior to assembly. It is designed to provide predictable lubricity which results in the same torque tension relationship achieved with as-received fasteners.

44 BLUE™ is a medium strength anaerobic threadlocker for all types of metal fasteners. Use 44 BLUE™ on those jobs requiring a reliable fast setting anaerobic thread locker that allows for future disassembly of parts using hand tools and moderate effort. It works by unitizing the fastener assembly, effectively sealing the thread path against fluid leaks and corrosion. The result is disassembly at a known unchanging torque, anytime in the future, regardless of the environment.

SCIGRIP® SG230HV is a two-component, 10:1 mix ratio product for bonding composite and other plastic parts with little to no surface preparation1,2. The adhesive is designed to work with a selection of activators to provide a wide range of working times from 30 to 120 minutes. SG230 HV is mostly used in marine, transportation and construction applications. It is especially suited for bonding large structural parts requiring long working times and for filling deep irregular gaps up to 1.5 inches (39 mm). SG230 HV is available in 490 ml cartridges and 5 and 50 gallon (19 and 189 liters) in bulk containers for application with meter-mix dispense equipment. The combination of SG230 HV A with SG220 B activator is recommended only for use above 85°F (29°C) ambient temperature.

Guangzhou Chemical MMA(Methyl Methacrylate) is the essential building block for acrylic-based products. It polymerises easily to form resins and polymers with excellent performance characteristics. These include excellent durability, strength, transparency and UV and abrasion resistance.

72 Red™ is a very high viscosity, thixotropic, high strength threadlocker. It has excellent high temperature resistance (up to 400F) and can be used on large fasteners, where a high break away torque is desired. Because it is high in viscosity, It will not run out of the joint before it cures and can be used in applications requiring good gap filling abilities.

09 Green™ is a low viscosity / high strength retaining compound. 09GREEN™ bonds bushings, bearings, and gears to shafts, creating a plastic shim which seals the joint, prevents corrosion, and ultimately protects the shaft. It is also an excellent choice for high strength thread locking on medium size fasteners where high breakaway torques are required.

77 RED™ is a very high viscosity high strength threadlocker. It should be used on large fasteners, where a high break away torque is desired. Because it is high in viscosity, 77 RED™ will not run out of the joint before it cures and can be used in applications requiring good gap filling abilities.

90 GREEN™ is a medium strength , very low viscosity, wicking grade threadlocker and porosity filler. Use 90 GREEN™ on applications requiring a fast setting anaerobic product to seal and lock small screws and threaded fasteners. 90 GREEN™ is ideal in applications where additional torque can not be applied to a delicate fastener, but greater off torque is desired. Because of it’s ability to wick by capillary action, 90 GREEN™ can be applied to small fasteners that have already been assembled. It is also the perfect product for sealing porosities in welds and cast parts.

SCIGRIP® SG7706 B is a two-part methacrylate, structural rodding and clip bonding adhesive designed for the structural bonding of sink clips, steel and fiberglass rodding materials, and steel and aluminum to solid surface (acrylic and polyester), engineered stone, quartz surfaces, and natural stone products. Combined at a ratio of 1:1, SG7706 has a working time of 4 to 8 minutes and achieves nearly 90 percent of its ultimate strength in 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature curing. SG7706 provides high strength bonds to acrylic solid surface, polyester solid surface (both filled and unfilled), and solid surface (combinations of both acrylic and polyester solid surface resins) and the steel clips, rods, fiberglass and other materials. SG7706 has high strength bonds to carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloys. SG7706 is not UV stable, and will yellow over time and must not be used to create imperceptible seams in countertops. However, this yellowing will not affect bond performance, but will affect bond appearance. SG7706 is available in 50 ml and 400 ml cartridges.

Plastifloor® 114 S works as a fortifier of extremely porous substrates. It closes cracks in screeds, concrete constructions and it is applied as a filler resin for hollow screeds. The resin can be processed manually. Venting until saturation serves the stabilization of the substrate. After the treatment, the substrate has to be additionally primed with Plastifloor® 112.

43 Blue™ is a medium viscosity (Thixotropic)/ medium strength thread locker for all types of metal fasteners. It is a more oil resistant product that allows for future disassembly of parts using hand tools and moderate effort.
